  • Any comments made on the website. 
  • Credit card number, name on your card, expiry date and card verification code (CVV) code may be collected on the website or over the phone.

The above is collectively known as your “personal information”.


  1. Full credit card details are not stored on our website. A third party Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant payment provider services are engaged. Your personal information is dealt with by this third party in accordance with the Privacy Act and this privacy policy.
  2. Credit car information provided over the phone will be destroyed upon completion of the transaction.

Your personal information is used to:

  • Provide you with the products you purchase from us.
  • Administer warranties and post-sale enquiries.
